I'm Grace

a multi‑passionate entrepreneur, coach, and guide for those who’ve done everything “right” yet feel something deeper calling them.  

My work helps you shift from striving to alignment, from burnout to clarity, and from doing to being. Here, rest isn’t a pause from life — it’s the path back to yourself.  

Through forest bathing sessions, team retreats, and private coaching, we create spaces to pause, realign, and reconnect with what truly matters.  

Each experience is an invitation to return — to yourself, to your purpose, and to the living world that sustains us all.

About me

For two decades, I’ve worked with people through professional training, language courses, and coaching. What has always brought me the greatest joy is witnessing transformation – seeing people reconnect with their purpose, rediscover balance, and grow in confidence. Over the years, I’ve learned that success and well-being are inseparable. When we nurture both our professional and personal selves, we thrive.  

 

My journey has always been about guiding others toward a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. I see myself not only as a coach but as a guide and mentor—someone who walks alongside you as you realign your energy, choices, and vision. My work centers on rest, alignment, and conscious success. True fulfillment doesn’t come from doing more; it comes from being more present, intentional, and at peace with yourself.

What is

Forest Bathing?

SHINRIN-YOKU

Forest bathing – or Shinrin Yoku, as it is called in Japan – means mindfully immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest.  It’s not about hiking or exercising — it’s about slowing down, awakening your senses, and mindfully connecting with nature.  

 

During a forest bathing session, you are guided to experience the forest through sight, sound, touch, and scent — noticing the gentle rustle of leaves, the texture of bark, the scent of moss, and the rhythm of your own breath. This practice has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, boost creativity, and enhance overall well-being.  

 

Forest bathing invites you to step away from daily distractions and reconnect with the natural world — and, in doing so, reconnect with yourself. It’s a journey of stillness, presence, and renewal. 

 

Every encounter with the forest is different – sometimes quiet and grounding, sometimes lively and full of energy. But it always leads to greater inner peace, clarity, and connection.  

 

My goal is to offer you a safe space where you can reconnect with yourself – free from pressure, expectations, or the need to perform. In this space, the forest becomes your companion, teacher, and mirror.
